There is no process of becoming enlightened but there can be a realizing and surrendering to the reality that we are already whole and completely free. This is a realization that all is well, I am already free, and I am already enlightenment itself. Enlightenment is not a process of becoming, in fact it is the opposite of becoming. Enlightenment is the seeing through of all processes of becoming including the process of becoming enlightened. When we stop completely it can be seen simply and beautifully that what is already here, now, is already complete and beyond all processes of becoming. This moment is enlightenment itself. This moment is who we are, already whole and complete. When we know we are this moment itself, we realize that there was never any way to add or become something. Who we are does not want to become anything at all, it is completely content with being nothing at all. Who we are doesn’t even care about the appearance of becoming. Who we are holds everything in love and knows that everything is love simply pretending it can become something else.
