existence is a perception

We could say that there is nothing called the mind. We could also say that the mind is all there is. The mind pretends to be a person having a life. The mind pretends to be a person who is seeking enlightenment. The mind pretends to be a person trying to get rid of a person. The mind tries to be present in order to become presence. The mind realizes there never was a person and that it could never be a person. The mind recognizes wholeness. No one gets enlightened. Simply the mind recognizes truth. We are already this truth so we do not need the mind to realize it. The appearance of a separate body and mind is more at ease when this is known to the mind. But the mind is all there is: creating an illusion of a separate self, realizing this as illusion, and relaxing back to enjoy the show. It’s not like there is a person who recognizes truth and watches the mind fall away. The mind recognizes there never was a person. The mind recognizes what enlightenment is. The mind can also recognize what it is, simply a function. Enlightenment is all for the mind because there is nothing else to see it. All perception is of the mind; the mind perceives life. Perception is born and perception dies. All existence is a perception of the mind. The only reason the mind can recognize wholeness is because it created a comparison – separation.
