This Site:

I developed this site to share nondual musings and reflections. I am drawn to the term nondual because it is so difficult to define. The evasiveness of this term points to the open freedom that we all are. Fundamentally we are already and have always been whole and complete. Forever is simply beautifully now, nothing left to do but enjoy the view. I welcome comments and questions.

I live in Gainesville, FL with my husband, 2 dogs, and 2 cats. Life is pretty simple for now. I enjoy the natural environment, walking the dogs, playing soccer, and doing the laundry To pay the bills, I have a small psychotherapy private practice. With those who are interested, I love pointing to the timeless self that is already perfectly whole. I am writing a book about non-duality and the ever-present moment, which is simply beautifully who/what we all are. Most of the posts on this blog are excerpts from the book in progress.
